People talk mad shit about Katie Holmes but she's better than Maggie Gylenhaal. Yeah... she might not be believable as an Assistant D.A. but she had better chemistry with Christian Bale. She's also believable as someone who Bruce Wayne would actually want to bang unlike Maggie. |

I never thanked you. And you'll never have to. Batman Begins. The movie that ruined Hollywood. I ain't mad. That would be like blaming Jaws or Star Wars. It ain't Nolan's fault that everyone ripped him off. Batman Begins has its flaws. Doomsday and I have spent over a decade pointing them out. But this movie was made back when superhero movies had personality. You can't really hate on it. Think of how bland Doctor Strange, Wonder Woman and Spider-Man: Homecoming are. This movie is a masterpiece by comparison. You're okay, Batman Begins. You'll be remembered as one of the greats. Die Hard is flawed too but everyone seems to love it. You're the Die Hard of superhero movies. Flawed but good enough to spawn a million imitators. |
