I'm really hoping that The Aquabats tour a bit closer so I can take Seakazoo to go see them. I would love for them to come a little bit closer too. Right now, I think St Louis is the closest to me. Same. It's a 4 hour drive, so it's doable for us.

$75 is a good price. That's around what I paid to see them in NOLA. Worth it.

I bought tickets for sabin26 and I to see Dead Cross on September 20th. I was really bummed when I missed Faith No More touring in 2015 (I would have needed to fly to see them and I was saving for my house at the time), and this is my first opportunity since then to see Mike Patton live.

Fired up for this pokey lafarge show. Haven't seen him since last February, new disc isn't too exciting but I'm sure he will bring it night of.
Got some tickets for the growlers and farm aid is back in the burgh. Jack Johnson's first ever performance here, fired up for that. Last year with alabama shakes was def better lineup but I'll def go this year.

frankytYou've seen Sturgill Simpson right? Worth $60? I'm somewhat into the music, leaning towards it.

Think I paid 45 or something at a seated uncomfortable venue. I'd say check it out if youre interested.

Dead Cross was AWESOME! The opening band was impressive too. They're called Secret Chiefs 3, and the lead guitarist was in Mr Bungle and Faith No More with Mike Patton, so it was totally appropriate for them to be the opening act. I picked up one of their CDs between acts and was able to get it signed by Trey Spruance and sabin26 and I got a picture with him, too!

I first saw Sigur Ros on my own in New York at madison square garden in 2006.
Last night it happened again in London.
They remain the best band of all time, and they have ended with this track at every gig since 2003. For good reason, as it's the best piece of music ever created.

Turkuaz. Simply the best live band playing right now. Have been the best for a few years but with the new album they are insanely tight.
Last night's cover of holy ghost by the bar keys was a major highlight.
If you have any interest in live music... See them if they come near.

Even though unstopped listening after stupid Raditude or Hurley album, Weezer is coming around touring with the Pixies.
I'm considering it. Anyone know how the Pixies are nowadays without Kim Deal?

Solid. Seen em a buncha times.
I'll be going to that show. They don't get to sing any Kim deal tracks so don't expect gigantic or Tony's theme or anything Kim wrote anymore, but pixies have always played the hits. They do a lot more new stuff now that they have the discography but they still play the songs the crowd came to hear. Curious how they handle the amphitheater size though.
