Yeah, a lot of poor decisions and shots by Josh Smith, Terrence Jones, and Corey Brewer. And Harden had 9 turnovers and was a non-factor, even though his statline suggests otherwise. Dwight played very well, I was very impressed by him on both ends of the floor. But bottom line, this is one they needed to win. At home, no Chris Paul, and they played horribly. It'll be interesting to see how they respond, but this was a huge missed opportunity. They weren't terrible. They dominated the first half. They got cocky in the 2nd half. They underestimated a more experienced Clippers team.

That's what I meant, the second half they played horrible, though in the first half they made plenty of errors as well. I don't expect Austin Rivers and Matt Barnes to play that well throughout the series, but then again Reddick had a somewhat off-night and I doubt he'll shoot that poorly throughout the series. We will see but still this was a huge missed opportunity for the Rockets. They should've won last night without a doubt.

We looked dead in the 2nd and 3rd quarter too, but they really showed a lot of fight and Harden came to life when it mattered most. Tied 1-1 and heading to Los Angeles, I would be shocked if Chris Paul didn't play Game 3.
Side note, is there any player that's more of a trashbag than Matt Barnes? Total asshole, whenever I see him I'm like oh look what the ghetto blew onto the basketball court. No class, total bum, so glad he had a horrible game last night and picked up a T for bumping into Harden.

SnoBorderZero frankytD-Rose found his inner Jordan and led the Bulls to a 2-1 victory. And the coaches son helped the Clippers massacre the Rockets.

Rockets need to learn how to play defense. Another offseason might help.
Cavs can't be too disappointed though, lets see how they do on Sunday.

SnoBorderZero frankyt DeexanWashington won. Memphis won. Isn't it weird that the two Michael Jordan teams are doing well? I would love to see them go against each other at the Eastern Finals. That would be hilarious.

I'd like it more if it wasn't completely staged though... I was actually watching that live somehow.

I don't want to talk about the Rockets games in Los Angeles, they played with no heart and absolutely pathetic. This series is all but over now.

frankytI don't want to talk about the Rockets games in Los Angeles, they played with no heart and absolutely pathetic. This series is all but over now. Yeah. The Rockets are done. But it's exciting to see the Clippers at the Western Finals. This team used to be the worst in the NBA and now they've replaced the Lakers as THE L.A. team. Next they play Golden State or Memphis. The Bulls and Cavs are definitely going to a Game 7. The Cavs tied the series today in a low scoring match. Right now, they're the playoff series to watch. The NBA really fucked up. This should have been the Eastern Finals and not Round 2. There's no way the Eastern Finals are gonna live up to this series.

Yea Clips Grizz is a great West finals too. Clips winning a title right after that Donald Sterling drama would be wild though.

I always think it's great what happened to Sterling. I mean, he'd owned the team ever since they moved to Los Angeles in 1984 and for their entire existence they've been the laughingstock of the sport. Now they're a ton of fun to watch and a really good team, and they aren't his anymore. It's just such sweet justice. I wonder if he's drowned himself in Botox yet, haven't heard anything about him in awhile.

Maybe the Rockets should be bought by a Microsoft person

Everyone says that, but you never know, the Bulls would not have been able to stop Hakeem and Clyde would've matched up well with Jordan in our second year. PLUS in 1995 we swept the Orlando Magic in the NBA finals, and guess who they beat on their way to the finals? Jordan's Bulls, though I'm sure you'll retort that he only played half the season so it still didn't count.
