I'm thinking that white Vision won't be around for very long. Wanda will fuse the two versions into one.
I've never been to New Jersey, but I have been to Idaho. You couldn't pay me to live in Idaho. Texas has it's problems, but it's paradise compared to Idaho.

I think it's more likely Wanda will have to kill Vision.
Hah, just kidding. Nobody ever dies forever in Marvel.

My big guess of how this will play out: I feel that White Vision and Make Believe Vision fusing together is inevitable. But with the themes of grief, loss, and acceptance being so forefront in the previous episode implies to me that the story structure is building to Wanda having to "let go," along the lines of how Wonder Woman 1984 played out. Wanda will likely have to accept that Vision is gone, and destroy her fantasy, taking his construct with it. Then with White Vision she'll finally get the burial she was asking for in the previous episode.
Or they just fuse together and Vision will be reborn, because he's a robot and who cares. This one depends on how ballsy they are in tying Disney+ MCU into theatrical MCU. Granted they are more closely knitted together now, but I have doubts that they're going to go the full nine yards.

White Vision doesn’t die in the comics, but he doesn’t recover his memories/emotions either. Wanda learning to let go is part of her arc. But yeah, MCU could pussy out and merge the two Vision’s. I just don’t know how that’ll lead to Doctor Strange. Something needs to happen to trigger the Multiverse of Madness. Unless they plan on ending WandaVision like the Mortal Kombat movie.

That's my one gripe. They probably shouldn't have ever said that the two were going to be connected if it's just going to be some quick tag at the end of all this. That's where it feels like it's even capable of going at this point, unless the final episode is longer than normal. *It is going to be the longest episode, but more or less the same as episode 8. 50 minutes (likely 40ish minus the credits).

So you are expecting it to connect, so if it doesn't you are disappointed? I feel like that's putting unfair expectations on the show based on what you are personally expecting. Its triggering my anger at Last Jedi criticisms.

Its triggering my anger at Last Jedi criticisms. That's a bold assumption to make over something I didn't even say. I said it was one gripe based on the reports we heard. I didn't say I will be disappointed in the entire series as a result (which I'm loving, for the record). It just seems pointless to even tell us about it if it's just going to be very minor. I would have preferred it just be a surprise in that case. Furthermore, why would it be unfair expectations if we were told to expect it? So yes, I would naturally be a little disappointed if it didn't connect at all when we were told it was going to be. I guess the connection could instead not be realized UNTIL the release of Doctor Strange 2.

I was more referring to Neverending as he's the one who seems distressed by it. But in reality I wanted to sort of bring up how much stock we should put into what we are told outside the text of the show itself.

White Vision doesn’t die in the comics, but he doesn’t recover his memories/emotions either. Wanda learning to let go is part of her arc. One could also argue that Marvel is already doing a story exactly like this in Guardians 3 between Starlord and Gamora. I would hope that they would hopefully not be that thematically repetitious when these two projects are so close together.

Doctor Strange aside, I'm definitely curious how this is going to wind down. Episode 8 was exposition overload and actually felt like it ramped up more into the story than anything prior, but yet only an introduction to a white Vision. It's actually a shame there's only one more episode, more than anything else. There's definitely a real possibility they're going to leave us majorly hanging.

I'm hoping they'll find a middle ground. I'd like to see them be merged, and the result being an all-new Vision who isn't the same person. Kinda like Dax on DS9. Same memories, but not the same person.

Same memories, but not the same person. That’s do-able. Vision is a combination of Ultron, Jarvis, Tony Stark and Bruce Banner. His “human side” is basically the love child of Iron Man and Hulk. In the comics, if I’m not mistaken, it’s Ant-Man and Wonder Man and when they introduced White Vision he lacked those particular human elements. They could restore Vision’s database but lack “his soul.” When Wanda said, “I don’t feel you”, that’s likely what it meant and where they might go with the character. It’s the comic accurate depiction.

Some of the CGI battles were showing seams relative to the movies. Enjoyable, but not blown away. Minor spoilers: The Bettany/Bettany dialogue and ending dialogue between Olson and Bettany were the highlights to me.
I'm somewhere around a 7/10 on the show as a whole on the sliding genre scale. Better than average gets it a 6, 7 is for the sitcom nostalgia and narrative risks of the first 6 episodes or so.

So, if Wanda decided to punish Agatha by trapping her in the Hex, but then destroys the Hex ten minutes later, where is Agatha?
