After watching house of dragon now I can finally sorta keep all the names in fire and blood straight. Should be able to finish it on this my 3rd try.
Pretty good though, not as dry as I remember.

Finishing a relisten of a song of ice and fire. I remember being so let down by dance with dragons but damn it's really good. The set up and some of the pay off is brilliant, it sets up winds so well, can wipe out so many characters so quickly to start that next book.
So many different things and plates in the air... Crazy how good it is though. I seem to only remember the dany stuff in the slave cities, but that's such a small part of it.
Unsure where to go after this though. Waiting on some holds to come through.

A heart that works by Rob delaney is just as crushing as youd imagine. But also funny and touching.
All of 3 hours - finish it in one sitting.

The hunger of the gods by John gwynne.
And slowly making my way through David macullum's Truman biography. About to get into the Israel issue. Will admit it's left me rather lukewarm on this president, but it has me incredibly interested in the English pm post Churchill. Everyone talks about the bulldog but Clement Atlee only had one term and fucking changed the whole world seemingly.
But that's for my next nonfiction subject.

I did a few of them, almost too small of stories for my hunger for more expanse. I mainly did the amos stories though. Provided some decent backstory.
Still working thru Truman and have begun listening to Andy serkis read the LOTR books. I've actually never done a listen to these books so I'm curious how I'll enjoy them at this point in my life (or if I just give up quickly....)
