Thanks for the heads up!
I quick logged on and ordered Barry Lyndon, Sid & Nancy, Rebecca, Vampyr, and The Piano Teacher. That was enough to put me over a 500 point milestone and got me a $50 gift certificate, which I proceeded to spend on Roma, Mildred Pierce, and In Cold Blood.

COOP? As in PG COOPer? Whatever money you guys save, use it to purchase a ticket to Geostorm.

I've got my eye on their Hitchcock and Kurosawa titles that I don't have. But I will likely wait until November.
Still twiddling my thumbs waiting for them to finish Charlie Chaplin's catalogue. I mostly want The Circus, but I'll gladly take Woman of Paris or King in New York just to see some fucking momentum. Hell, I'll even take Countess from Hong Kong at this rate.

The sudden pause in the Chaplin titles is definitely annoying me.

My B&N was already picked over, I grabbed Barry Lyndon and Last Temptation of Christ but I'll be heading there again in a few days.

I was eyeballing Kagemusha, because it's one of the few Kurosawa blu-rays I don't own, but I'm trying to build a Hitchcock library so I picked up Rebecca, The Lady Vanishes, and The Man Who Knew Too Much. I'll go back in a few weeks for The Lodger, 39 Steps, and Foreign Correspondant (and Kagemusha if they still have it). Might pick up an Ozu Eclipse set or two if I have the money.

In total I managed to grab Barry Lyndon, The Last Temptation of Christ, Rebecca, The Philadelphia Story and upgraded my Solaris. I think that's all for this sale.
In case it helps anyone, one thing I managed to do in order to spend as little as possible on these sales is to grab gift cards using points with my credit cards. I know it's not some original idea but with a Discover card you can get a $50 gift card with $45 worth of points which is a pretty sweet deal. If you have a Discover card check it out, I've managed to pay for a ton of my Criterion pickups by cashing in my points and getting a little extra too.

Not a bad month at all. I'm not terribly fond of Tom Jones and I have the original Silence of the Lambs Criterion. Night of the Living Dead might be a solid pickup.

And of course, I go in for a final haul and Kagemusha is sold out, as were the Eclipse sets I was eyeing.
Wound up blind buying a few. My love of Jimmy Stewart pushed me into picking up Philidelphia Story and Anatomy of a Murder. Meanwhile I've been curious about To Be or Not To Be, so I snagged that too. The last was Vampyr, which is one of those movies I've always seen images from but never the actual film itself.
Missing out on Kagemusha aside, I'm satisfied with my haul this year. Maybe next year for the one that got away!

If it means anything I'm pretty sure it's on Netflix.

Thanks for the attempted tip, but it looks like it isn't, sadly.
