Only took you 8 years. Sunday at 5pm. DVR that motherfucker. It's 7 hours long, so make room. We own the blu-rays so, whatever. This is the 1977 version which combines both movies and presents the story in chronological order. It's not the ideal way to watch The Godfather, but it's a version that every fan should watch as a companion piece. |

I don't know how it's looking in other parts of the country, but in Los Angeles the IMAX showings in primetime for Megalopolis were basically sold out on Thursday and Friday. Is that an indication of the wider market? Probably not, but there's definitely an appetite for the first weekend. It'll have a huge drop off and probably bad word of mouth following this weekend, but for Lionsgate after Borderlands and The Crow this will be their Titanic.

They added a late show in imax here in da burgh but it's minimally sold.
Might end up seeing it though we get the weirdest weekends for babysitters and just have to bite the bullet on a movie seemingly.
But hopefully it's a beautiful mess.
