The three legged dog was the deal breaker for audiences. It was actually the gay character. Lightyear had the same issue.

If Megan was rated r it woulda been awesome but they had to get the teens in the seats.
So it's closer to happy death day than Chucky. Which is okay. All murders happen off screen though, in a pg13 style.

That's probably one of those bullshit "uncut" versions where it just adds back something like five seconds of blood into a movie that was obviously shot from the beginning with the intention of it being PG-13.

Yea but he goes and says wan made him change all kind of decisions on characters surviving the whole movie (making them script changes) so I doubt those murders were even filmed.
Few kills still in the movie could def show a little more leg as it were (power washer I'm looking at you) though. Maybe they have those but not holding my breath.
I'll still be surprised if we get an uncut directors cut - when's the last time we got one of those in the streaming era outside justice leagues troll requested cut?

Puss n Boots crossed $100M domestically. Will it catch up to Black Adam and crack the Top 10? Is SnoBorderZero a betting man?

People on Letterboxd are losing their shit with positivity for this movie. Wild. It’s objectively a good movie but I didn’t fall in love with it. I’m counting on you to make Shrek 5 a masterpiece like Shrek 2. Don’t blow it, sir.

Puss in Boots is legitimately wonderful. And I say that as someone who thought the last one was meh.
But I think the Oscar is going to Pinocchio. But if Puss in Boots took it, I wouldn't mind in the slightest.
