Well, putting Atom in a CW series is a whole lot better idea than Marvel making an Ant Man movie. Atom has better powers  because he uses actual atomic powers rather than Pym particles and an ant translator |

Guardians of the Galaxy made that clear. Very true which is why my statement still stands, with good writers there seems to be endless possibilities for The Atom |

Speaking of, Neverending...I remember the promos for this week's episode showing Barry and that chick making out in his house, but that wasn't even in the episode.
But yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if they pulled a Laurel/Felicity and switched the main love interest from Iris to Caitlin because, seriously, their chemistry last night was pretty fantastic. |

I remember the promos for this week's episode showing Barry and that chick making out in his house, but that wasn't even in the episode. I think they screwed up and that's another episode. I don't know. In the comics, Barry and Iris are married and Wally West (the third Flash) is their nephew. And Caitlin is actually a villain. But considering they've re-invented the Reverse Flash, I don't know what their plans are. I do know that, based on interviews with the showrunners, that the Reverse Flash will be solved by the end of the season. I don't know if that means no more Dr. Wells or if he'll become a recurring character, but if Dr. Wells is gone by the end of the season, that'll most likely leave Caitlin in charge of STAR Labs and could open the door to her villain persona. Time will tell.

See, this is a benefit of not reading the comics...I'm not familiar with any of the character arcs from those, so that gives the show sort of an added element of surprise for me.

See, this is a benefit of not reading the comics...I'm not familiar with any of the character arcs from those, so that gives the show sort of an added element of surprise for me. It's a loose adaptation so far. Fans are just as surprised as you are. |

It's kinda odd that Linda Park is being introduced. I don't know a whole lot about the comics, but I do remember that Linda is who the Wally West incarnation of Flash is involved with. Is this a sign that Wally could be showing up soon, or just that the writers are playing it fast and loose with the CW version of the DCU?

Wally West is Iris' nephew, but since she has no siblings on the show, they'll probably turn him into her cousin and have him be the same age as her.
