Both aren't surprising. Cavanaugh was supposed to leave at the end of Season 6, but COVID pushed it to this season. Supposedly, though, he has a couple more appearances left, with one being next week, then he's done. Carlos Valdes has had one foot out the door since Season 5, it feels like. It seemed like he was about to leave then anyway, but they got him to stick around two more years somehow -- and they've already brought on his replacement character, Chester P. Runk.

Flash movies has pushed back to June 23, 2023. Sorry to say, they have wait for next summer 2023.

The Flash was originally set to release on November 4, 2022. It has now been pushed back to 2023 and will release on June 23, 2023. Led by Ezra Miller, the film will also feature Ron Livingston, Kiersey Clemons, Michael Shannon, Antje Traue, Sasha Calle, Ben Affleck, and Michael Keaton. Barry Allen “pushes the limits of his superpowers in the DC Super Hero’s first-ever standalone feature film.”
