THE NIGHT BEFORE (1988)
Aunt Becky plays the popular girl at school. After losing a bet, she’s forced to ask out the school nerd (played by Keanu Reeves — I shit you not) to the prom. They get lost on the way there and end up at the bad part of town. Aunt Becky gets kidnapped by a pimp and Keanu has to rescue her. It’s alright. Keanu plays his usual stoner role and Aunt Becky is pretty good as a bitchy girl. Low-stakes comedy. Interesting to watch as a novelty. Keanu in a pre-fame role and Aunt Becky in lingerie.
