I have the "•" on my key pad on my phone. And I too like the stylization.

Captain America is the overall better film, but Guardians (which has grown on me a bit) is pretty good too.

Guardians (which has grown on me a bit) is pretty good too. Damn straight! That soundtrack man... It really is a fun entertaining movie. It feels to me so much like "Serenity" and Star Wars.

Captain America. Guardians of the Galaxy is overrated. Although I agree with Neverending that X-Men is better than both.

X-Men is on a different tier. And not currently in play. Winter Soldier might not have as catchy a soundtrack (it does feature Trouble Man though remember )but its more sharply written and relevant than Guardians. Guardians is fun. Oh so much fun. But in term of stronger presentation, Winter Soldier wins.

Give me X-Men. It's better overall.

I'm voting for Pulp, but I don't think this is the landslide that Dracula does.

The Thin Red Line is overblown and masturbatory navel gazing cinema.

I like a lot about Saving Private Ryan, but there is some iffy stuff in it. That opening scene (not D-Day, the bookend with the old guy) is kind of terrible, the basic mission is a little hard to believe, and some of the supporting characters feel a bit stock.
The Thin Red Line on the other hand is something I can pretty much support without reservation.
