Fuck you, I'm watching The Fugitive on the big screen. Cliffhanger might be fun, but The Fugitive is priority. I like the Fugitive. I guess it could be fun. There are some big action sequences. This was considered a blockbuster in its day. And it was back when Harrison Ford still gave a shit. That begs the question. Outside of Star Wars and Indiana Jones, which Harrison Ford movies are you watching in theatres? I know Dracula is a Jack Ryan fan. Is he watching Patriot Games and Clear & Present Danger? American Graffiti would, no doubt, be fun to watch with a 1973 audience. Blade Runner, I guess. Although keep in mind this would be the original version with the dumb voice over. Witness? Frantic, I think, would be a fun art house film. Maybe watch it in one of those shady Time Square theatres from back in the day. Working Girl was a crowd pleaser in its day. Air Force One? SnoBorderZero shit on it, but Six Days/Seven Nights was fun at the time. What Lies Beneath is a piece of shit , but people loved it at the time. Good crowd movie. I would say Blade Runner, but the version that was playing in 1982 was the wack theatrical cut.

SnoBorderZero shit on it, but Six Days/Seven Nights was fun at the time. What Lies Beneath is a piece of shit , but people loved it at the time. Good crowd movie. I've seen almost all of his movies at this point. Good selections outside of Han Solo/Indiana Jones are: Blade Runner/Blade Runner 2049 Clear & Present Danger and to a lesser extent Patriot Games The Fugitive. This might be the best of the bunch outside of the Blade Runner films. Excellent, excellent thriller. Witness Air Force One. It's kind of silly but it works. Petersen knows how to stage action and Ford plays a convincing president. Working Girl. Don't be shy, give the movie a try! And then maybe Mosquito Coast and Presumed Innocent. I liked them, but I wouldn't necessarily go to bat for them either. Neverending has seen Call of the Wild like fifty times already so he'll vouch for that one too.

I would say Blade Runner, but the version that was playing in 1982 was the wack theatrical cut. But you get to witness their reaction.

I think I might go True Romance.
There's a ton of messed up stuff that happens out of nowhere, and the dialogue is insane.
That or Mike Myers' best film, So I Married an Axe Murderer.

The crowd reaction for To Be or Not to Be would almost certainly be worth experiencing. Also there's this little movie set in Morocco that might be worth going to.

Air Force One was the first R-rated movie I watched in theaters.

I guess I'd go "Pride of the Yankees."
Knowing the speech endlessly referenced, I'd be curious to see how it hits that audience, one year after Gehrig's death.

My pick is To Be Or Not to Be, especially if I could somehow see Adolf react to it.

Hmmmm, Godfather III might be fun in terms of trying to spot where the disappoint sets in.
Otherwise, I guess Goodfellas. Kind of an obvious choice but it's a rollicking good time and be able to watch it for the first time in a big public setting could be really fun.

Misery.
Kathy Bates is fantastic, and the score/beats should play great in a packed theater. As well as the hobbling scene.

The only correct answer to this year is Tremors.

Aside from the obvious choice of Goodfellas, I guess going to The Hunt for Red October would be fun, or maybe Total Recall.

Jacob's Ladder is a good pick. Weird horror with the unsuspecting is always a plus.

SnoBorderZero & PhantomKnight weren’t alive for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Literally. Sno was born in June and MovieBuff in August. So if they wanna call themselves “90’s kids” they need to watch this movie. Otherwise, go be an Elder Zoomer with PG Cooper.
