My pick for live-action Saturday Morning Cartoon is GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra, myself. It succeeds at being a live-action Saturday Morning Cartoon, and because of that, it’s a blast to watch. Especially when Gwen Stacy's neck snaps. The one time I remember this scene playing out in a Saturday Morning Cartoon, they used MJ instead of Gwen and instead of breaking her neck, she fell off a bridge into a portal machine the Green Goblin accidentally dropped at the same time. I think if that happened in the movie, I would have wanted my money back. |
