“Wiiipe out”
This movie is a bit more straightforward than the original. It tries to recapture the fun of the original but none of the personality.
So basically, the plot is that the ooze that created the original is still around and now Shredder is in possession of it.

I hated the 3rd movie even as a kid.
We'd always try to marathon the three, and about 10 minutes into the Japan one we'd all be asleep.
Not that any of these are works of art, but III fucking sucks. How the fuck do you have a feudal Japan movie and NOT have Shredder's ancestor or some shit in it? They had that dopey white guy villain instead. Awful.
