I may even turn up at Bond's place with a load of beers. Though I'm worried that after 2 beers he'll be shitfaced and it'll take me 20. Oh come on, that would never happen!
...what's beer?

Justin, you sent me your address but I don't remember you baggsy-ing any of the items! Did I miss something or were you just messing with me in classic Justin style?

Also, I saw this for the fourth time yesterday (don't judge me, it was free) and the IMAX was three quarters full at least.
They're also showing the film at The Royal Albert Hall on March 30th with Hans Zimmer and a live orchestra performing the score. Christopher Nolan will be in attendance and will give an interview prior to the performance.
My ticket is booked so I'll get pics and report back.
N.B. When I saw it yesterday there was an updated IMAX pre-movie intro which was really cool AND they played the trailers for Avengers 2 and STAR WARS! Finally! The last three times I saw it they didn't play either.
It was epic.

Apologies for the multiple posts, but I feel like MM got snubbed big time on the acting front. As flawed as many people think the film may be, he was in his absolute element.
This, True Detective and his Oscar win for DBC. I can't think of a better single year for any actor...ever. Anyone else?

Interstellar Live Royal Albert Hall London 30th March On March 30th 2015, Orchid Media and Metropolis Music stage the biggest presentation of a Christopher Nolan movie ever created: Interstellar Live. At the iconic Royal Albert Hall, Interstellar will be screened in full accompanied live by a 60-piece orchestra performing Hans Zimmer's original Oscar-nominated score. Described by Zimmer as his ‘most personal score’, this epic music is one of the most important film scores of recent years; at once exhilarating, spectacular, pulsating and deeply moving. Prior to the screening, Interstellar executive producer and one of the world’s leading theoretical physicists, Kip Thorne, will make a rare appearance in the UK to talk about the science behind INTERSTELLAR, in conversation with director Christopher Nolan and composer Hans Zimmer, who will also give insights into the creation of the film. This is a unique opportunity to hear from a true science legend about bringing black holes, wormholes and time warps to the big screen. www.interstellarlive.com/#!about/c786 Man, I'm fucking pumped. But I've got a week in South Korea to look forward to first, so... #braggingnotbragging Also, thanks for all your addresses guys. I'll have everything sent by mid-March. Except for whatever Justin wants. That's still a mystery. You can have my personal Interstellar pen, if you want?

You're getting something special my friend. JustinSo I've just been thinking about why NASA hadn't already got Coop on board before he arrived there. I guess his prior crash ruined his piloting career, then his wife died and he went off the "grid". It's still a stretch to think they wouldn't have attempted to bring him back in at all, considering the gravity (no pun) of the situation and the fact that he clearly wanted to continue to fly. As for Hathaway's ridiculous love theory...it's stupid but I like that Coop shuts it down completely. It's more cringey when he buys into it in the tesseract but I suppose you can't predict how somebody would be thinking when presented with that extreme scenario. As for the bootstrap theory for our own survival...well, who knows what we'll be capable of if we manage to keep evolving. Considering where we were 200 hundred years ago, if we don't blow ourselves to kingdom come we are destined to achieve things we cant' even contemplate even in this futuristic age. I'm just glad there are people out there positing the possibilities on a scale that the whole world is capable of absorbing. Shame it didn't have Leo DC and upside down Paris to attract more people. BTW, it continues to sell out in the biggest IMAX screen in the UK.

Third post in a row (par for the course in this thread for me) but I just checked my Interstellar plant that I won and it still, 1 month later, hasn't sprouted at all.
So I stuck my fingers in the can and there's no seed! What a jip. So I'll be contacting the prize provider and asking for another, and an extra one so I have something to send to JW.
All of your goods are ready to dispatch, by the way. I'm just currently flat broke until my first payday at the end of March. Then I'll start shipping your ish.

I'm certainly done with physical media, but most importantly, I am definitely done with 3 hour movies. Totally done? I can't quite pull the trigger on that yet. I'm sure I'll still buy the upcoming Marvel and Bond movies barring them being total disappointments. I own the first three Jurassic Park movies too, so unless the upcoming fourth is terrible I'm sure I'll spring for that too. Same goes for the upcoming season of Mad Men. I'll still buy some stuff, just not to the extent that I used to.

As done as I can get. Maybe when I buy a house, but moving with all that shit, no thanks. Trying to download all my books onto a kindle too. Minimize all my possessions. Except my clothes and shoes. Those keep adding up somehow...

I am definitely done with 3 hour movies. This is BS and you know it. Also, I'm wondering where 'young' Murph features in your chart of terrible child actors, < Haley Joel Osment or > Haley Joel Osment?
