It just occurred to me, after watching this movie a kazillion times, the plot is identical to Superman (1978). Remember how Lex Luthor wanted to destroy California so his real estate would go up in value. That’s pretty much the same scheme Max Zorin (Christopher Walken) is up to. Destroy Silicon Valley so his microchip company goes up in value. lol.

I love the opening credits. When Jibbs & I did our Bond lists, I ranked this really high. It might have even been my #1. I know Jibbs really loved the Pierce Brosnan ones. Those were his favorites. I think World Is Not Enough was his #1. |
