So I'm back on in Nebraska, took two months to find a job out here. So far it hasn't been too bad. Looking for an apartment for the time being till I know this is going to work out and then possible buy my first house. Enjoying my time with my two nieces while I stay at my little brothers.

I just got a Roku3 to watch shows on my 50" plasma - that's a whole lot better than watching shows on my Moto Phone until my laptop gets fixed lol.
I love this thing.

I like dog/house-sitting for my parents. They always leave a bunch of food for me and I get to feel like a high schooler again planning a party while my parents are out of town.

I'm learning all sorts of valuable lessons. If the dog is quiet she's probably destroying something, if the dog is making noise she's probably destroying something. Basically you should never let the dog out of your sight if you value your area rugs or yarn.

I'll see what I can do. I have yellow and black yarn, so that's already taken care of. Right now I'm just trying to power through a couple projects that are going to be Christmas gifts. One virus shawl down, one to go... plus a couple infinity scarves. I'm pleased with how this one turned out.  |

So I tried an escape room today. You get a group of friends and they lock you in a room and you have 1 hour to figure out how to get out. There are clues hidden all around the room with all sorts of puzzles to figure out.
It was an absolute blast. I highly recommend it if you have one in your city.
