Packers boxed up my entire life up on Friday, movers come today to pick it all up and then I leave for Nebraska on either Tuesday or Wednesday. It all depends on how my brother and father feel after they fly in tomorrow. So far the best part of civilian life has been not having to shave. I pretty much stopped shaving after I got out of the Army. I haven't seen my chin in 15 years. |

I've never grown my beard out longer than two weeks. I don't grow a good beard. At least I'm aware of it unlike the rest of Los Angeles.

Often times some people get discouraged growing beards because it doesn't look quite right after 2-4 weeks. You won't know for sure until you've let it grow for at least 8-12 weeks.

I've been growing mine now since my birthday when I finally got my Terminal leave. It's growing in nicely and apparently works for me. Now I just have to get a beard groomer to make sure it doesn't start looking like a crazed maniac walking the streets.

That's my problem got to keep it trimmed constantly, I'll go from being nice and neat to looking homeless in no time. My hair grows way to fast.

yeah I don't know what's worse - keeping it neat or shaving
I gotta try my new trimmer today - but I'd better use scissors first - don't want to kill my trimmer on it's first go
EDIT: Trim is what it does. I had to cut really close so I took the clippers to it and shaved it down to a goatee because I got too close on the sides lol

My goatee goes a different color than my hair. I only worked up the courage to grow the mustache piece last year. It would take a long time to convince me to grow the rest of a beard.

I have an auburn beard. And with the hair on my head dwindling so fast that I have to shave it all off once a month, people occasionally mistake me for a full-blown ginger.
THIS IS DEVASTATING.

I know the feeling my hair is multicolored. My hair is brown with a silver patch on the side, where as my beard is black, my mustache is blonde and the other day I found two or three red hairs in it.

My facial hair matches my regular hair, and I usually let it grow out for a few weeks in between shaving, but I never let it get too long. I'm also one of those guys where there's still a faint outline even right after I shave.

$5/month for wifi phone connection - I be cheap
Bought it because Magic Jack is more like Magic Jackoff for internet connection - it keeps dropping calls - sucks for $35/year lol
I'm keeping it though - for @$3/month I can still use it to answer the apartment front door - when someone buzzes my apartment I pick up the phone to see who it is and if I want to let them in I press 9 and hang up
