I'll probably post it here on the forums when I'm done. The short version is that John Blake is Nightwing and he has let Gotham slip into a worse condition than it has ever been in. Alfred convinces Bruce to return, Blake isn't happy about that. There isn't a main villain (at least not yet, I'm far from done) yet, but so far I've written in parts of various sizes for Penguin, Black Mask, Riddler, Mr. Freeze, and Killer Croc (very minor on the last one, like one scene). On the surface it sounds like a lot, but the idea I've driven home is that Gotham has spiraled out of control in Batman's absence.
When I post it I'll include a cast list as well just for kicks.

The villain is Doomsday (the CS! poster), whose hatred for the trilogy has manifested itself into a fictional character.

Damn - there's one nurse who comes over here and sucks the joy and happiness out of the room - I keep wishing she'd just shut the fuck up, do my bandages and get the hell out!

I've spent a significant amount of time the past few days writing an outline for a fictional fourth Christopher Nolan Batman film. What the hell is wrong with me? We all need a creative outlet.

I remember at SHH there was this guy named The Guard who used to write Batman fan scripts. This was during that dark period in-between Batman & Robin and Batman Begins, and we ate that shit up like a bag of Doritos. I'll never forget when he wrote, "Batman got into the cockpit of the Batwing" and the word cock got blocked by the censors. Everyone was outraged because you could say dick but not cock and it turned into this whole big drama. LOL. It was the SHH version of that CS! moderator who censored people's profanity. What was that guy's name? JBond should invite him to join us.

Jedi Knight censored people. He didn't want people to join the dark side.

Thing was way longer than a normal screenplay, but damn did I come back every week hoping for updates and got kind of angry when he slowed down due to 'life'. I mean come on!

I got into a feud with a 13-year-old bbf2 and stayed away from the X-Men forums.

Well I had a treatment for a sequel to Jungle 2 Jungle but Tim Allen claimed he wasn't "represented enough".

Years ago I began writing a sequel to Mac and Me titled Big Mac and Me. It didn't get very far.

I remember when the Fellowship of the Rings came out in 2001 I wanted to read the Lord of the Rings books. I tried and failed. It was all fields, little hills and woods and fields, little hills and woods. By the mid point of Fellowship I was shouting, "Get on with it!" I was never able to get any further.
This holiday season I downloaded the audio books, unabridged of course. Now I just need to find a spare 54 hours to listen to it all in roughly hour long chapters. I may fail at ever "reading" Lord of the Rings.

I first read LOTR in between the releases of Fellowship and Two Towers, and I read the series once a year for the next 6-7 years. Haven't read it in a while. I've honestly moved so many times in the last few years, I'm not even sure I still have a copy right now.

I think that's when I read it, too. Or maybe just before Fellowship.

I read them in 1998 when I was off school sick.
At that point I had no idea there were 3 books and as the end of Fellowship drew near I remember thinking "how the feck are they going to wrap this up?".
I had my mum head to the library the following day to get the next two and had finished it within a fortnight.
Within a month or so of that I found out they were turning them into films and that fact consumed my life for the next few years. In retrospect, no film could ever have been as good as the one I was expecting in my head.
Haven't read the books for a couple of years now. I might rectify that soon.
