Going up to Maine myself this weekend. Driving up to Acadia after early Satursay work, spending Sunday in the park, hitting up my Alma mater on the way back Monday.
Huzzah for 5.5-6 hr drives one way.

Who are you talking about? Just bought a backstage ticket to MST3Kon in Phoenixville! It's on the other side of the country, but I'm still salty that they cancelled their Boise date during the last Live tour. The flight over will be a bitch, but I'll get to meet Joel Hodgson, Jonah Ray, and Emily Marsh and also watch three episodes of the show in a theater with an audience (at the theater they filmed the original Blob film at, no less). I've never been to the east coast before. I'm gonna get so fucked up. |

I'm pretty sure my high school reunion people don't have my contact info and I intend to keep it that way. My high school friends and I had a similar conversation about a year ago, all of us saying how we never gave our high school any of our contact information so it's impossible for them to hit us up for money or, worse yet, send us reunion information. I went onto our alumni page on the school website and put in the phone number and address for all my friends. I wish I could tell you why, maybe to amuse myself by playing a joke on them but mainly it's for one reason. |

I didn't go to my 10th, but I did go to my 20th. It was also organize through Facebook. I almost didn't go, but I was pressured into going by a committee that was reaching out to all the holdouts. It was in a hotel in Long Beach and pretty much everyone drank at the hotel bar before going in. I ended up having a blast.
