I'm mostly having headaches, and I have some ringing in my ears. Its quite uncomfortable. I have a nasty cold on top of that, so my days aren't pleasant right now.

I did also get the flu shot at the same time, so that could have made it worse. I would have been so bummed if I had to cancel my tickets, although I probably still wouldn't have.  |

Got an email from an old romantic interest yesterday out of the blue. It ended poorly, and I'm happy I sat on the email before just responding.
I still carry a lot of awful feelings about her prior words, all of which I just dodged in my response. I didn't ask for an apology or confront her actions, but even if I don't get closure, maybe I'll at least have a more pleasant last exchange to remember no matter where this goes.
Time to drink.
