I basically get HBO Max for free since I get HBO through cable, and as an add-on like that I quite like it, there's some good stuff on there. I would not recommend it as a replacement for larger services though. Comcast or another service? I have HBO, haven't started looking if they gave me Max yet. Assuming they only did that with DirectTV Yeah Comcast. You basically just get into it using the same Comcast/Xfinity login you'd use for HBONow (or was it Go?) or to get into web content for a lot of different channels.

You had to know Disney wouldn't be a netflix killer, since, you know, it would only have Disney stuff.

The Nvidia shield is best of all with the greatest flexibility and can be rather cheap during black friday like sales.
But Chromecasts are cheap as hell just snag one real quick.

So I finally installed HBO Max last night and, wow, what a fucking lineup. I went crazy and added 50+ movies I haven't seen to "My List".
Here's the thing though...
I can't actually view what's in My List, which is fucking insane! Yeah, there's a small portion of it on the home page displaying 10-15 of them in reverse alphabetical order, but what the hell! How can they not have a dedicated page to displaying what you've selected? I know their rollout has been a bumpy one, but this is a pretty egregious oversight especially considering it's the exact same feature they already have on HBO Go.

What'd you add? I'm curious as I seem to consistently get stuck on their main page.

I did everything from classics to foreign films to even some just for fun selections. It's a pretty impressive collection for a launch, much more than any other streaming service. They even have Charlie Chaplin shorts from the 1910s I haven't seen yet. Gonna be busy for awhile.

I could've sworn I tried that but maybe I just went to my profile and didn't search hard enough. Thank you!

If you're using an Ipad, tap 'My List' on the main page and it brings it up. What are you using?

I'm going to use it on my Xbox, but for now I put it on my Smart TV so maybe it isn't there after all.

Okay, so it must just be on my smart TV that it doesn't work because I checked again last night and it's absolutely not there. Their rollout has been pretty inconsistent across various platforms from what I've read.

Anybody watch the Hugh Jackman-starring Bad Education on HBOMax? Enjoyable, but the 90+ percentage eating on RT got my expectations a little too high. Recommended though.
