Hmmm, maybe being locked into a yearly subscription to Max wasn't such a great idea.

Since I get billed through Roku, I'd need to cancel my current subscription and sign up again with the bundle plan.

Since I get billed through Roku, I'd need to cancel my current subscription and sign up again with the bundle plan. Yeah, I’m a bit of a senior citizen when it comes to this stuff. I’ve had Hulu for well over a decade now. Next to Netflix, it’s the second longest subscription I’ve had. Lately, I’ve noticed that Hulu shows up on my Disney+. I’ve even watched Hulu content on Disney+. So I guess, in essence, I’m already bundled. But I have add-on subscriptions on Hulu that I can only access on the Hulu app. So I don’t know how this Disney/Hulu/Max bundle will work without it being a mess. These type of bundles probably work best for new customers. But I’m sure they’ll come a time when Roku, Amazon and Apple will streamline everything into one bill and that’s when we’ll have made the full transition back to cable.

I'd like to get the bundle and save some money -- on my Hulu, I have add-ons for HBO/Max, Cinemax and Showtime, which brings that charge up -- but since I also subscribe to Disney+ separately as well as have access to the individual Max app because of Hulu...it seems like it'd just create a mess. So, I'd need to unsubscribe from Disney+ as well, and then what? Does the bundle mean Disney and HBO get added/funneled onto the Hulu app?

Disney will implement password crackdown next month before the price goes up in October.
Remember to cancel.

Say what you want about Peacock, but at least they have sports. Why do Hulu and ESPN have to be separate things? Shit, why not just combine everything into Disney+? Anyway, fuck you, Direct TV.

Because ESPN has huge contracts with cable companies that preclude them from giving away their live content online. Even that ESPN streaming service isn't actually ESPN.
