Isn’t Mank supposed to drop from Criterion pretty soon? Hard to say. I don't think it's ever been promised and it's not entirely clear how well this Netflix/Criterion partnership is going and wouldn't be shocked if one side or the other walked. I could have sworn I saw it announced somewhere that they were going to but after a 30 second google search I didn't see anything. Maybe Coop's dreams were infiltrating my own. |

Tomorrow is the release day This is clearly a sign. Buy it the second the sale starts, it'll probably sell out otherwise. That's assuming their site doesn't crash which has happened more than a couple times. |

Well, turns out my little Canadian outlet had a sale of their own. Bought All About My Mother for the top 100, The Kid to round out Chaplin silent features (not counting A Woman of Paris), and The Darjeeling Limited because after my Days of Heaven experience I'm paranoid about certain titles becoming out of print and fucking my collection.
