I saw a clip of the 4 crew members landing on Ilus, and it sort of made me want to watch.

I'm into season 2 now, and the show has certainly picked up. The first few eps are rough, but it does eventually create its own identity.

I think the guy who plays Holden is really good. Holden is a very specific character which would be tough to bring to life, but he does a great job.

I am very disappointed with Avasarela in the show though. She's my favourite character in the books; in the show she is very bland.

I just binged every episode in two weeks; such a great series. If it maintains its quality over the next two seasons, or for however long it continues, it's gonna be right up there with my favourite shows of all time. Special props to Thomas Jane, who kills it every second he's on screen.
