That was the first scene that felt like a Mission Impossible movie.

So... what exactly is the plot of this movie? Morpheus is trying to catch Phillip Seymour Hoffman but he’s actually working with him? Okay? And of course the Rabbit Foot is just J.J. Mystery Box nonsense.

Christopher Nolan totally ripped off this scene in The Dark Knight. Doomsday’s source of hatred discovered. This is a monumental moment in CS! History. PG Cooper this is THREE video essays I’ve gotten for you so far.

PbarOh, look. Same scene from Fallout where Ethan is chasing Superman. “I’m jumping out a window!”

PG CooperFourth video essay for you. What’s more formulaic, James Bond or Mission Impossible?

Okay.
So here’s the debate.
On a technical level, yes, M:I-3 is better than M:I-2, but the script is worse. I... just... don’t think the Michelle WhatsHerFace character was necessary. Everything they needed to accomplish they did with the Keri Russell character. This movie could have been 30 minutes shorter and like a kazillion times better. M:I-2 is stupid but at least it knows it’s stupid. Here, J.J. Abrams thought he was making the On Her Majesty’s Secret Service of the Mission Impossible series but got everything wrong.

Ghost Protocol Next to Dark Knight, this is the movie Doomsday hates the most. To put it into perspective, Doomsday hates this movie more than Dark Knight Rises, A Good Day to Die Hard and Star Trek Into Darkness.

And that's why she's non-existant almost in the next three. But pretty much agreed. Although Woo >>>>>> Abrams.

The non-villain makes his introduction. He just sits by a table while his henchman holds a woman at gunpoint. End scene.
