We've had plenty of silly Bond films. Running over gators' heads? Moonraker in general? Duran Duran and Christopher Walken fighting Bond on the Golden Gate Bridge in the same movie?
Also, fuck the entire Fast and Furious franchise.

Nothing wrong with that scene at all, one of the best Bond openings. It's silly, and maybe not the best way to kill Blofeld, but it works as an opener. If that was the climax of the film, then nah.
