Feel like we are moving up in the world, where I live now has two Papa Johns for a few months now. Pizza isn't super amazing though.

Yeah I think Papa Johns were in my old neighborhood for all of 18 months and then moved out. I wasn't thrilled with their food but that was years and years ago.
It's a bummer that Archie's is closing up here. They made great chips and burgers. Family owned business though - not much you can do if the next generation isn't into it or can't make enough to survive.

It's old, but unfortunately was real. Only a single owned KFC did it (it was the owner's idea, who has Type 1, as well as poo brain apparently). Once Pepsi got wind, it was stopped.
For whatever dumb reason JDRF didn't care, as long as they were getting donations.

I'm going to eventually get that Whopper just for that reason. The same thing happens when you drink too much blue Gatorade or PowerAde. I've been frequenting my favorite of all places, Runza, almost weekly.

So what's the deal with Chipotle? Every day I'm hearing a new horror story. You think they're gonna shut down that place? I've only been to Chipotle like 3 times in the last 5 years. It's not bad, but it's also not great either. So I wonder if the Starbucks crowd, who seem to be the main customers, will continue to support the place. I probably won't go again unless they fix all the issues they're having. I wasn't a fan to begin with.

I've only been to a Chipotle probably three times. I agree it wasn't bad, but not great. I can see them probably closing the doors a few locations until they can recover.
There isn't really a lot of fast food joints now where I live. We have a Pizza Hut, McDonalds and a Runza. The rest are little Mexican food trucks and mom and pop restaurants that aren't to shabby. I do miss Wawa though.
