The only one of those I've seen is Lethal Weapon. I find it difficult to believe that you haven't watched a Home Alone movie. Even Dracula has seen a Home Alone movie.

I've seen three Home Alone movies and I don't think I'm a better person because of it. They are not required viewing for anyone over eleven.

I've seen three Home Alone movies The fact you saw Home Alone 3 gives me great satisfaction. You know Scarlett Johansson plays the sister in that movie. Fast forward to 2014 and you finally saw her naked. What a journey it must have been for you. This is like Doomsday and Kirsten Dunst. When he watched Jumanji at the age of 10, he never thought her tits would one day be all over the Internet.

I would have murdered my family as a 10 year old if it meant seeing Kirsten Dunst naked.

RUNNING SCARED (1986)People don't associate comedian Billy Crystal and tap dancer Gregory Hines as action stars, but they gave it a shot in 1986's Running Scared and it... worked. Running Scared is a cliche 1980's buddy cop movie about two Chicago detectives trying to arrest a Latino drug dealer played by Jimmy Smits of L.A. Law and NYPD Blue fame. What helps it rise above the mediocre script is the acting. Crystal and Hines have great chemistry and are believable as veteran police officers even though they spend 97% of the movie making jokes. It's Bad Boys before Bad Boys. Let's put it that way. And Smits does a respectable job of giving his villainous role some personality even though he has nothing to work with. Running Scared is directed by Peter Hyams, who is better known for science-fiction movies like Timecop and 2010, but his contributions are irrelevant except for a noteworthy car chase and a satisfying Christmas-set shootout. This is an actor's movie and it's worth watching just to see these guys on top of their game. It's a shame Running Scared wasn't a hit. I would have loved to have seen Crystal and Hines reprise these roles in a sequel. Who knows, with a better script and a suitable director, it could have been a classic. B

DraculaPG CooperSnoBorderZeroDeexanJustinSILENT NIGHT, DEADLY NIGHT (1984)Things never change. It's only the details that change. Doomsday Knerys IanTheCool thebtskinkAll this controversy about Sony not releasing The Interview because of threats from North Korea is nothing new. 30 years ago, TriStar, a company that Sony now owns alongside Columbia Pictures, pulled a slasher film out of theaters when major critics (Siskel & Ebert and Leonard Maltin to name a few), soccer mom's and religious groups banded together to protest the downfall of common decency. Silent Night, Deadly Night, which was released on the same day as A Nightmare on Elm Street, is about a young boy who witnesses the murder of his parents by a man dressed as Santa Claus. He then grows up to be a toy store employee who dresses up as Santa Claus on Christmas Eve and goes on a killing spree. If that plot sounds vaguely familiar, that's because Silent Night, Deadly Night ripped-off 1980's Christmas Evil, a movie that had no controversy whatsoever. Eventually... Silent Night, Deadly Night was re-released in 1986 through an independent distributor and was successful enough to spawn a series of sequels and remakes. The most notable is Part 2 which has become a favorite among horror fans on the Internet. The question now is: how pointless was all this drama? It was incredibly pointless because Silent Night, Deadly Night is a run-of-the-mill slasher film that would have likely been forgotten by mainstream audiences. Did I mention it was released on the same day as Freddy Krueger's debut? So now, this mediocre movie will forever be remembered because it has an entry in the history book of censorship. Merry Christmas, everybody! C

Is this any different from Bob Clark's "Black Christmas"? And isn't the sequel to this the one with "Garbage day!"?

I read awhile ago that the plot was just that guy walking around the neighborhood, hence this hilariously bad scene. I've been meaning to watch it because all bad scenes are so much funnier in full context ("Troll 2" is one of my favorites and the "Oh my Goddddddddd!" scene is so much funnier with the context in place) and it seems like a really fun piece of crap to play drinking games to.

Lol, I never understood why that movie was "Christmas" related. He's the brother of the killer in the first movie. The first movie is funny too, but in a more traditional way.

Hahaha, this looks hilarious. Again though, isn't this the same plot essentially as "Black Christmas"?

Isn't this the same plot essentially as "Black Christmas"? Black Christmas, a proud Canadian movie, is about girls being murdered one-by-one in a sorority house. Like I said, it's very similar to John Carpenter's Halloween.

Ah ok, I thought Santa was the bad guy in that one too. I heard that one was actually decent for a schlocky 80s horror movie.

I heard that one was actually decent for a schlocky 80s horror movie. 1974. It is widely considered the template for slasher films. That's right. Canadian's, the least violent people on this side of the Earth, created the genre. PG Cooper IanTheCool
