Drac, I noticed you only own the first two X-Men films. Would you consider adding First Class and Days of Future Past to the mix? I'm on the same boat. And yes, I plan on adding First Class and DOFP. My girlfriend got me a Blu Ray set of everything up until The Wolverine and I picked up the Rogue Cut of DOFP. So I'm up to speed.

I actually do own First Class (it's under V for Vaughn instead of S for Singer and is kind of hard to see in the pictures). I held out for the Rogue Cut on DOFP and will probably get it when its a little cheaper.

I wasted so much money at Best Buy today. Those $3.99 and $9.99 Blu-Ray's added up very quickly. I was also amused, and slightly irritated, that American Hustle was sold out. I had no idea people liked the movie THAT much. I mean, for $3.99 people would probably buy anything, but that was literally the only movie sold out until I grabbed the last copy of Wolverine. Yeah, I bought Wolverine. Not the first one. The second one. It was $3.99. Fuck you. I also bought the Rogue Cut of X-Men: DOFP for $9.99. PG Cooper can probably die happy now.

The only thing I picked up for Black Friday was an $8 copy of Mad Men Season 7 part 2.

The only thing I picked up for Black Friday was an $8 copy of Mad Men Season 7 part 2. I felt so bad for the employees. I went in the evening, when things had "settled down" and there was a gigantic mess that they were all cleaning up. One guy was like, "if I'm in your way, let me know." And I'm like, "don't worry, man. I'm in no rush. Although, I gotta ask, what the fuck happened to American Hustle?" And he's like, "well, we have plenty of the DVD's left." Then he pointed to a whole section where they were selling DVD's for $1.99. And I'm like, "man... I don't hate myself that much."

That was the year they thought it would be a good idea to open at midnight to do the door busters. Everyone ran in and snatched up the designated doorbusters, didn't bother to do any other shopping and the whole place was a complete ghost town two hours later. Spent the better part of three hours doing absolutely nothing before the boss finally said, "yeah, you can go ahead and go home." Wasn't a complete loss though because during my break I got first pick on all the discounted blu-rays that no one bothered to buy because they were too busy terrible TVs that were supposedly a good deal. Anyway, there's a reason they decided to start doing that Thanksgiving evening instead of Midnight.

Arrow: Season 3 - $9.96 The Blacklist: Season 2 - $9.99 Gotham: Season 1 - $10.00 I usually rely on Amazon for Cyber Monday. Although I'll probably skip it this year cause I spent way too much on Black Friday. The Rocky Collection - $17.99 Inside Out - $9.99 X-Men: DOFP: The Rogue Cut - $9.99 Aladdin - $9.99 The Wolverine - $3.99 Total was about $50.

Yeah, I'm good for now on any other deals. The only other thing I plan on buying myself between now and Chiristmas is Hannibal Season 3.

Nothing really caught my eye on the Cyber Monday deals but I stumbled across the new blu release of Spartacus that I picked up. It has a pretty sweet slip too.

I bought the Indiana Jones Collection on Blu-Ray. So, yes, I am the owner of Crystal Skull on Blu-Ray. Whatever.

I had to finally reorganize my movie collection this weekend. The first set of shelves is now almost entirely done in alphabetical order, regardless of bluray or DVD format. I had to completely eliminate all of the forward facing jewel cases and memorabilia on that shelf, because I've just got too many movies for that to work anymore. The second shelf with my superhero media collection is mostly the same, but only because I picked up a pair of tower shelves. This is everything on the shelf today. There are five or six movies out on loan at the moment.
