Yeah, we had that one. They had a voucher in it to order a regular case if you didn't like it.
I will also say that the actual physcial boxes used for these sets were awesome. If they ever upgrade to bluray, I hope they keep the box designs and art work all the same, just reduced to bluray size.

I won seasons 1-5 box sets at my school raffle, they were my pride and joy for a while. When that season 6 thing came out I declined solely because of the shape of the box.

Spy Kids 1, 2, & 3 Once Upon a Time in Mexico / Sin City Sharkboy & Lavagirl Planet Terror Shorts Machete Spy Kids 4 Machete 2 / Sin City 2 / Alita / Red 11 We Can Be Heroes Hypnotic Spy Kids 5 So yeah, I think we can squeeze in an Agent Sands movie before the next Spy Kids. He seems to be headed back to a regular rotation. |

frankyt’s favorite Pittsburgh based movie and Doomsday’s 3rd favorite Van Damme. Back when this came out it went out opposite Jumanji and it was right around my brother's birthday. I remember being so disappointed we went to this instead of Jumanji. Looking back it's way better than Jumanji. Quick fact about it the local police man who was the DARE officer was the goalie for the pens who is filmed making all these saves. Officer Dave's a legend. And an even better fact? My neighbor's were ass kicking girls who loved hockey and pushed to break barriers and play on the boys teams for multiple years - so they were pretty well known in the hockey community at the time, so we always got tickets to pens games and stuff cuz they would get them and invite us all the time. Well one day they were filming a movie and we got to play extras in the stands during the filming of the game scenes - so technically im an uncredited extra. The place was filled with cardboard cut outs but still such a sick day thinking back. But striking distance and the first jack reacher are also prob on the mount Rushmore of movies based in the burgh with sudden death right at the top. |
