donny, Doomsday, Dracula, PG Cooper, SnoBorderZero, Neverending, IanTheCool, frankyt, and anyone else that wants to send me a list Alright guys, 11/28/21 is 9 weeks from now, and our deadline for sending ranked lists to me or PhantomKnight in this thread or over PM.
Please try and format as rank, period, two spaces, and the film.
Example:
1. Shakes the Clown 2. Dirty Work 3. Avengement
Stay tuned for a separate thread from PhantomKnight for people to post reviews/rankings. I'll also be creating a Google survey based on my stats tracking to keep me entertained.

One of the features of last year's final, ranked list was the CS! Voices, i.e. blurbs/mini reviews from a bunch of us highlighting each and every film. It was kinda easy to get those last time since the movies were more current and most of the time had review threads and such on here to scour for them. But this time, there's not a whole lot of those to easily search through for them. So, since I want to retain the CS! Voices here, there's one of two options:
1. Anybody who wants to can leave mini-reviews of any and all films they'd like to talk about in this thread for use on the ranked list.
Or
2. I create a separate/companion thread devoted entirely to those blurbs/mini-reviews and/or discussion for the same purpose.
I feel like the CS! Voices, which credit goes to Dracula for in the first place, is a fun and unique feature for these ranked communal lists on here that gives them an extra bit of flavor, so I want to keep that intact.
But what are peoples' preferences on how to do that?

I'd be down to a separate thread to dump reviews in. For the sake of readability, those of us with letterboxd accounts could probably also just post links to our reviews rather than the full reviews themselves. Also, thanks for giving us a lot of time as I suspect most of us, other than Drac, have some watching to do before we start ranking.

Mishima: A Life in Four Chapters That's some really good stuff... except for maybe The Vanishing which IMO is a great ending attached to a merely good movie. Will also grant that Chungking Express is an acquired taste.

I've never seen the theatrical version as I tend to go big or go home when it comes to this stuff. I think PG Cooper has seen both and strongly prefers the TV version, which is certainly where I'd point you if you have the time.

Drac is correct. Theatrical is good too and certainly gets the job done but the TV version will put hair on your chest. It's also divided into discrete episodes so you could break it up into a few nights.

Stats Tracker updated on first page through all 100 movies.
I'll be incorporating this into the Google survey.

Well, um, I have a confession to make...
I, uh, hated Trainspotting.
I totally get what Danny Boyle was going for and can respect the style on that certain level, but man...I still found it to be a very ugly, repugnant experience. After a certain point/scene, I just said to myself, "I want out. Make it stop."
