I'll renominate 1917.
I'll leave Cloud Atlas for a couple more rounds to see if we can put it over the top.

Fruitvale Station — Realistically, none of Doomsday’s cinematic work will be voted in, but Oakland’s SnoBorderZero might have a shot. Does this list even have any Black/minority representation besides the damn slave movie? We live in 2020, not 1860. How about a movie for our times? Just saying.... Avengers: Infinity War — Don’t know how we’ve gone this far without a Marvel movie. On that note. Anyone gonna consider a Mission: Impossible movie or one of those Planet of the Apes? Is Harry Potter completely off the table? Pirates of the Caribbean? Pixar? Shrek 2? Any musicals?

Is Harry Potter completely off the table? Oh, trust me, I haven't forgotten about Prisoner of Azkaban. I've just been waiting for the herd to thin a bit more.

MI, PotA, Pixar all things I'd support. Which ones? I guess Wall-E is the default Pixar in this place. But which Mission Impossible? Which Apes? I don’t mind La La Land, but Chicago is really good. Maybe Sweeney Todd. Star is Born. 8 Mile. Moana, maybe. The Muppets. Not sure I’d support Greatest Showman.

Star is born, Moana, Sweeny Todd and Muppets I'd go for. Especially the Segal Muppets movie.

For M:I, I'd get behind Fallout. For Pixar: WALL-E, Up, Inside Out. Apes: Dawn. And, musicals: Sweeney Todd, Moana, La La Land, maybe Chicago.

LOL. It was safe to assume no one would vote for Mission: Impossible 2. Ghost Protocol had fans at one point, but I don’t think people give a shit about that movie anymore. Mission: Impossible 3 is definitely a contender. And I guess Rogue Nation & Fallout have to duke it out.

Mission: Impossible 3 is definitely a contender. M:I 3 is still my personal favorite, but let's be real, there's no chance in hell it gets on.

Re-nominating Moonlight. C'mon guys, this is pretty widely viewed as a landmark of the decade. Guaging the room, would If Beele Street Could talk do better? For my other nomination, I will give Traffic a shot. Does this list even have any Black/minority representation besides the damn slave movie? Excluding foreign films, not much. Working on getting Moonlight on. Not a fan of Fruitvale though. Let’s address the elephant in the room. Avatar: Yay or Nay? Depends on the competition. On principle, sure. Once has been nominated damn near every round. It's usually been, like, my seventh or eighth choice so I haven't voted for it much. I'd support La La Land if the competition isn't too thick. M:I 3 is still my personal favorite, but let's be real, there's no chance in hell it gets on. I’m pretty sure Dracula / PG Cooper love that movie. Incorrect. If we ever do a 90s list I'd support Mission Impossible 1, otherwise, nah.

Not a fan of Fruitvale though. What’s your beef with Fruitvale? PhantomKnight, for the record, Fruitvale & Infinity War are my nominees. What competition? Either it’s a Top 100 or it's not. People love to shit on that movie. Just asking if the hate is real or if people will actually vote for it. Damn, son. Not even Fallout? This list needs at least one death defying stunt by Tom Cruise.

Not a fan of Fruitvale though. What’s your beef with Fruitvale? The basic thesis of the movie is that the audience should be angry that this guy died because if you follow him in the days leading up to that he proves himself to actually be a really nice guy. In reality, you should be angry the guy was shot regardless of how nice he was or wasn't. It's a movie that assumes the worst of its audience and then focuses on swaying them in ways that are functionally irrelevant. What competition? Either it’s a Top 100 or it's not. People love to shit on that movie. Just asking if the hate is real or if people will actually vote for it. Well, if there are six other nominated movies I like better than it, then I'm not voting for it. Pretty much every round I do end up voting for one film or another that probably isn't in my personal top 100, but when the pickings are slim I need to make my choices. Damn, son. Not even Fallout? This list needs at least one death defying stunt by Tom Cruise. Out of the M:I films this decade my favorite is probably Rogue Nation. Fallout and Ghost Protocol both strike me as being movies that just kind of weakly tie together action scenes.
