Story:  After Blade accidentally kills a human on video, the vampires do something Blade is not prepared for:  they call the cops.  The FBI raid Blade and Whistler's hideout, resulting in the capture of Blade and the death or Whistler (who had a better "death" in the first movie, btw).  Blade is soon rescued by a crew of ragtag vampire hunters called the Nightstalkers, led by cured vampire Hannibal King and Whistler's daughter Abigail.  Together Blade and the Nightstalkers hunt a group of vampires that seek to resurrect the original vampire who history knows as Dracula, but currently goes by Drake.

Oh shit, didn't see there was a new one.  Road to Perdition.  Great movie.

Road to Perdition

Written and directed by David Goyer, Blade: Trinity never stood a chance.  A painfully drastic departure from the high of Del Toro's film.  Goyer killed his own franchise.

My favorite story is how Wesley Snipes was trying to annoy Goyer so badly that he ruined a bunch of takes of him waking up by refusing to open his eyes, so Goyer CGI'd eyeballs on Snipes in post.
