I think the plot has super potential but with Rogen and Franco I simply fail to see how consistently using profanity, in different tones of voice, and other forms of sex-only based humor (ie talking about body parts) is funny. I am dying for a true comedy that actually tries to make people laugh outside of sexbased humour.

I agree with docstop, but I'll admit the trailers made me laugh. The poison handshake was more classical slapstick comedy.

I don't like to judge James Franco on the basis of a trailer or TV spot. Within context, he's usually funny. Go watch This Is The End and fast-forward to the scenes where he's arguing with Danny McBride. It's comedy GOLD.

My local Alamo Drafthouse has decided to replace their screening of The Interview with Team America: World Police. The only other anti-North Korea movie of any significance is the 007 film Die Another Day, and nobody needs to see that POS again.
