When interviewed after the Hall H panel, Kevin Feige was asked if Blade is part of Phase 4. He said, "No". Take from that what you will.

They're gonna use Scarlet Witch to set them up, and use the horror element in the Doctor Stranger movie to explain why people consider them freaks instead of heroes. |
