Well, it was a bit ODD that two people died in the blast and then they both actually DIDN'T. Did anything happen this season? will be the best person to answer that. Eric Kripke has his tropes. Sam, Dean, Castiel and a few others died and came back multiple times throughout Supernatural. |

PhantomKnight To avoid any confusion, season 4 is the one premiering this year. So one more season after this one. Yes, I can do the math.
Anyway, good news. You don't want to stretch this story out unnecessarily.

PhantomKnightEpisode 1 was a bit on the nose, but Episode 2 & 3 were good. Episode 2 in particular.

PhantomKnightI finished Gen V. It started great — arguably better than the Boys. But it ended okay. They focused too much into tying into the Boys instead of letting it be its own thing. But I’ll come back for season two. Loved the cast and their characters.

PhantomKnight I finished Gen V. It started great — arguably better than the Boys. But it ended okay. They focused too much into tying into the Boys instead of letting it be its own thing. I liked it overall, but yeah, I kind of agree. By the end, it just felt like a primer for this season of The Boys. But there was absolutely very strong stuff in it.
