I know its pretty early to be starting up this type of thread but I think the idea was tossed around in the old boards and can take some time to decide on.
Would others be interested in participating in a Secret Santa for this upcoming Christmas? If others want, I can volunteer to keep track of all of the addresses for those who want to take part and receive send them out courtesy private messages. People could post on the thread generally preferences, nothing overly specific, but it would give others a general idea of likes and dislikes for presents.

Setting up an Amazon wishlist might be the easiest solution. Just have everyone post their list and on Christmas your Secret Santa buys you something.

My suggestion is to not set a defined limit except for the understanding that people shouldn't expect, for example, a PS4. ;-) Like $10 max sounds good plus the Amazon wishlist idea sonds awesome.

Okay well it seems we have a lot of people on board with Secret Santa... Can we come to a consensus on a spending limit/what is considered respectable by all. I am suggesting $10 which means people should generally expect that but it could be more, it could be less, plus there is shipping costs.
