Mini rant... wishing that more people would simply take a couple seconds to think through what they are saying instead of just going for the first thing that comes into their mind. So many hurtful things come out that way, I see it all the time in my work with clients. I hate to say it but I'm getting a bit sick of having to always be on autocorrect and want to just verbally blast some of my more verbally abusive clients with some of the garbage that comes out of their mouths at me. Like I'm here to help you not cause more troubles in your life. Issue is so many people have major trust issues and one little verbal indiscretion could be all it takes for them to leave treatment. Thinking of a couple fun clients as I type this who I will be needing to touch base with a supervisor about. Just inspire in me the wrong emotions and I need to get a better handle on it.

My Monday feels like it's some sort of cicada based horror movie. They're so loud that I was in my home office with someone on speaker phone and they could hear them on the other end of the line.

Downey Jr, Duvall, and DiNofrio all do a pretty great job.

My son got his cast off today  , everything looks great. He still has a good size knot where he broke it but the doctors said it was normal until the swelling goes down. A calcium deposit I believe he called it. |
