Interview is done. I think it went well. I could have done better, but I think I was okay. Hoping for the best. Worst case scenario, I don't get the job and continue working the one I have, which I can live with.

I once had an interview where three employees interviewed me in a row. They all asked the same questions. And they all asked if I had any questions. I bet that third guy didn't want to hire me.

I'm streaming/previewing through Amazon Prime to hold me over until I buy the disc or purchase the mp3s. So far so good. I've heard Superhero and M'erF'er (we'll keep it PG here) before today, liked them both. I will have to add this to my "all things Patton" playlist.

People with light memory loss are pretty interesting. My roommate forgets stuff and/or just likes lying because he doesn't want to be bothered - he's always giving the staff the wrong answers lol. Plus for a few days now he's made like 20 trips to the bathroom in the span of 4 hours in the morning, and every time he walks past my bed he says. "Morning."  |

I need some sense slapped into me. For the last year and a half I've put myself on a handbag buying ban so I can save money for the house. I really really want a new bag. This wouldn't even be an issue if BOA had sent me a checkbook cover when I ordered my checks, but they didn't. Now I can't get a cover to match any of the purses I have so I need to buy a new purse to match the wallet that will fit my checks.
Life sure was simpler when I didn't have to write checks.

In reality I'm just grasping at straws to find justification to drop a bunch of money on new bag/wallet. I'm going to wait a couple months and save enough money to cover any surprise house expenses and fill the gap between the 10% I've already put down and however much I need to keep my loan under "jumbo" status. Once that's all secure I'll consider the purchase more seriously.
