I have a meeting with my real estate agent and the builder on Tuesday. This house thing might be happening, and soon-ish. I'm freaking out. It's awesome.

I'd usually just crank up the heat, grab a warm blanket, and just sleep. Sweating it out always worked for me.

Agents of shield ratings chart for me is kind of a roller coaster. Some episodes are amazing and some episodes i think to myself, what the hell am i watching cause it was such a bad episode. But tonight's episode left on a high note.

Anyway, the meeting with the builder went well. Everyone seems fairly confident that I can easily stay under budget with the build. I'm just waiting to hear back about the costs so I can either revise my list of things I want and cut back, or forward it on to my financial guy to start hammering out the paperwork.

My family has done a couple builds, so I'm not totally unprepared. I'm ready for the worst and hoping for the best. Honestly, if there are delays that's just more time for me to save money. The builder has already paid for the lot and they have the permit to build, so it could (in theory) take as little as 6 months if we start right away.

Someone, forgot who, always recommends to watch the movie the skin i live in in the cs film club. I recorded it cause it was on Starz channel the other day. I pondering if i should go ahead and watch it or wait till i have the partner that always recommends that film in cs film game. Hmmmm Been wanting to see this movie.
