Ugh, rumor around my work is that they're laying off 10% of the staff in the following week. Even though I think my job is secure, you can never quite tell in these situations. Regardless if it's me that gets let go, or someone else, it's a shame to see this happen to good people. The worst is that my company is shitting money all over the place, and even just expanded into seven other countries. The only reason this is happening is because 2014 wasn't as profitable as 2013, and the company has to show it's doing something about it. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. This is going to be a nerve wracking few days.

Yeah, the price was what always held me back but fortunately I got tickets for Christmas. £72.50 ($110) each. Yikes.

So I was hoping to find out different news yesterday. After being in the military for 15 years and was hoping to get one last time to test for Technical Sergeant, I'll instead be starting to five month out processing and becoming a civilian. Not what I was planning to hear weeks after returning from a deployment.

Damn snow plow!
I had an appointment today to see the doctor, but my lift doors on my van are frozen shut. I can usually lean in the driver's side door to put the key in the ignition so the doors will thaw, but the fucking snow plow guy decided to leave a pile of snow right in front of the driver's side door.
