Would anyone be up for a book club? Rules would be the same as the film club, of course.. I think we tried one about 8 or 9 years ago. I think. I know we did a Television Club that kind of just fizzled off. If it wasn't for that, I probably never would've watched all of Dexter. |

Garth Brooks is having a concert in Tulsa for the first time since 1997. All that means to me is that I better stay the fuck away from downtown tonight if I actually want to get anywhere. Hell, all the local news channels are treating it as the damn top story.

Garth Brooks coming to town is like the pope coming to town. Apparently it's a big deal
I don't know if it says more about me or the quality of movies, but it seems like these days I find myself saying "ooh I can't wait until that comes out on Netflix" instead of "I can't wait to see that in theaters" I rarely go to the theater anymore, but I find myself eager to watch something on one of the streaming services. I know V/H/S Viral is going to be garbage, that's why I don't want to pay to watch it.... but I still really want to see it. Does that make sense?

If anyone wants a scarf/hat or other winter wear and you don't mind imperfections I'd be happy to spread some knitted love! |
