God the new CS site is ugly as fuck. Looks like those "Top 10 Secrets the Filmmakers Don't Want You to Know" sites. Absolutely atrocious.

Had a Pretty nice day overall - I was a little late to the apartment house Thanksgiving dinner today - my nurse took her sweet old time fiddling with everything and asking all kinds of stupid questions. I missed the cranberry sauce and stuffing but that's ok, I have Thanksgiving at my sister's Thursday so I'll make up for it. In any case, it was really nice.
This afternoon i also got to volunteer at the Humane Society and socialized with three cats who were just getting over colds - that was a lot of fun.
Oh - and the weather was super nice today - sunny with a warm wind - didn't even need a jacket - I sat outside for about an hour after sunset. It's still 65F out right now at 5:30pm

Whoever is writing the new ticker updates is a magnificent bastard. I only ever check this site from my phone and you FORCE me to switch to the desktop view every day to check for updates. And check the chat box as well.

Actually, overall, the store was pretty dead. Worked crowd control for the first part of my shift, a task that usually takes up at least an hour or two for the initial rush. The initial line (everyone that was waiting in line outside for us to open) was in the store in about 10 minutes. Sure, we were busier than normal, but it certainly wasn't a "Black Friday" type of crowd.

I know there are a couple of beer aficionados here so I thought I'd post this tidbit. Up here in Burlington VT there's a beer called Heady Topper that disappears almost as fast as the brewery can ship it to the store shelves. Wife is off to the emergency room to get her migraine taken care of. Her mother is taking her and I'm watching my daughter. So glad I don't suffer from headaches/migraines, they can be so debilitating.
