Speaking of, when the hell are they going to make a new 24? It's been almost 9 years since Jack was whisked away by the Russians. Are they really going to leave it like that? But yes, RIP Annie.

That's sad. She had a recurring role on the Nathan Fillion show The Rookie, which I watch. And she was just on two episodes early in the season where they wrapped up her storyline and she looked noticeably gaunt and the like, compared to before. Now I know why. She was way too young. |

I mean, the original ending to 24 in Season 8, where Jack just went off the grid/disappeared into the ether was much better than the one Live Another Day gave us. I didn’t even finish season 8. Show was beyond stale by that point. The show’s format peaked in season 3. I know people adore season 5 cause it spoke to the politics of the era, but honestly, show began declining with its season 4 middle eastern plot (which I’m sure has aged horrifically if revisited today) and was basically unwatchable by season 8. But anyway… how’s Blacklist doing? |

We're doing okay, I think. Thanks. She was getting up there in years, so we knew that it was a sooner-than-later sorta thing, but we still weren't really ready for it. It all just happened so fast.

Heat of the summer I'll take a honey crisp but in the winter... A cosmic crisp is the most consistent apple. Don't be afraid of it looking like a red delicious, it has a sweetness and crunch derived from the honey crisp. And it lasts up to a year in the fridge retaining it's crispness and crunch.
Gotta say I'm a friggin convert.
And please if you work in an office, don't eat carrots at your desk. Or an apple. You're annoying everyone around you. Save it for the drive home if you had to avoid it during lunch.
