I was reading about this. Isn't the jump not very high? Like 12 feet or something? How do two brothers both die? Tides? Thinking low tide and/or they jumped from the wrong spot. There's a sweet spot near the center of the bridge that would align with one lane of boat traffic. Too close to it, you're in rocks, and if you don't walk far enough from the bridge to that spot, you're also at rocks. The night lighting probably didn't help. I guess it's more tragic knowing more of the story, how beloved these guys were at their summer job and back home in Jamaica. In the inital 24 hrs, I assumed young drunk white partners, typical ugly Americans. These guys were anything but. |

So my Regal has put up a "Mystery Movie" screening for the 26th, saying that it's a movie that has yet to be released. I'm assuming it's a test screening.
I have to work that night, but I'm probably going to take the night off out of pure curiosity. The only info it gives is that it's 2 hours and 20 minutes and that it's rated R. That last bit I'm not sure means anything, as they might just want adults in the theater.
I think I'm going to take the plunge. Who wants me to break an NDA early?

If it's got an actual MPAA rating then it's probably got a finalized cut and isn't a test screening. And if they're inviting the general public then it probably isn't going to have an NDA and is probably intended to spread word of mouth or form marketing strategies. Based on runtime I'd say some of the better bets are Amsterdam, Bones and All, and She Said, but who knows. |

Could be, but preview screenings usually run without trailers and if it's that close to release they would most likely just invite people to the critics screening and wouldn't bother with the secrecy. |
