Home sick for the day. Called in and didn't think it would be good for me to come in. Hanging out with my daughter all day and loving it! Not the feeling sick part of course.
Also, I went big at McDonalds yesterday. Angus Third Pounder:Bacon and Cheese combo with an upsized fries, regular coke, and a regular Rolo McFlurry. About 2000 calories later and starting to think maybe the food contributed to me not feeling up to work today?

I never feel that great after eating anything from McDonalds. I've given up on fast food in general. Never feel that great after. Well, I still eat pizza and subs, just not burgers so much anymore. |

Have some time on my hands today... so got all reflective and thought how nice it would be to go back in time to when I was younger, to once again, for the very first time, experience the movies I love, to experience being totally in the moment with my emotions. If I am sad I cry, if I am happy I smile and laugh. Being a grown up its so hard to look at the world today through a child's eyes. All those layers of experiences in life that tend to filter out the positive and focus on the negative. Don't get me wrong, I am very happy with my life now and the potential for a satisfying future as well, however, one little trip back in time would be so satisfying.
