Why does it take place during World War II? It brings back memories of Captain America. It's part Thor part Captain America and part Ghostbusters. |

Ah yes, that Fokker E III should have given it away.  Even if you don't recognize the model of the aircraft, the fact that the planes shown are the wood and canvas variety should be enough to indicate WWI. There have been loads of movies about WWII, and none of them featured planes that primitive. There was also a complete lack of any Nazi uniforms or insignia. |

I dont think Wonder Women would work as well if not for the fact she had not good chemistry as the character and Wonder Woman and Batman dynamic was key test for Wonder Women. I think B VS S set up better things ahead in much better movies for DC.

*cough*Captain America *cough cough* Well, they both appeared in 1941 and served as inspiration in the battle against the Axis powers in WWII. They gave the home front and some soldiers something to cheer about and hope that we could beat Hitler and his cronies. |
