Yep, I didn't get to post the last two titles because I was at the movies.
The writers clarified on Twitter that "the next Manos" that Joel is referring to is The Bubble and not The Mask (which Jonah actually says is a pretty good movie). It definitely looks it and there isn't a lot of info on it, so I guess we'll see if he's right in about a year.
Apparently The Bubble was also in 3D but I don't think they're going 3D with that episode like The Mask.
Hard to say too much about The Christmas Dragon. Looks silly, and this was actually a back-up movie as the movie they were originally going to do fell through. We'll see if it's a good sub.

One of the things that could be selected for the Kickstarter was a pair of 3D glasses, so I'm pretty sure The Mask (1961) will be in 3D. Apparently, only parts of the movie are in 3D.

It says 3D right in the episode logo and they've already confirmed it's the Halloween special.

One last note about the new season, they locked in a date for the new season to debut on March 4th, and while I'm hearing that episodes will be debuting monthly, every three weeks seems more likely as The Mask needs to hit in October while The Christmas Dragon needs to hit by December.
The Gizmoplex should be up and running before then. An update a few weeks ago says the Beta Test is in December, so it sounds like a February launch.

TEN WEEKS LEFT UNTIL THE NEW SEASON! Let's do some heavy lifting with the Greek demigod to end all demigods, it's the one, the only, Hercules! The real Hercules. Not Kevin Sorbo. Also it's another volume down. The highs are worth partaking in, though the lows are a tad slow. This volume is the uneven but with great material Volume XXXII! And if you're singing to the tune of "All I Want For Christmas is a Season 5 Overview!" , you're in luck! That's exactly what you get! |

It's a new year and in 2022 I'll be making an effort to keep up with recent RiffTrax releases as they release! Come watch me fail in real time! First up is a trip to women's prison WITH A VENGEANCE! Quiet! My stories are on! Tonight I sit back watch all the drama and sexual tension that happens in what I assume happens in every hospital staffed by beautiful people, and Mike and Bridget are there with me. It's a RiffTrax review of Grey's Anatomy! I imagine it's much harder to get a job in a hospital, but today's BONUS SHORT makes it seem like it should be a snap. Just go out and Get That Job! |

My Film Club list is slowly filling out. We have Munchie for PG Cooper, Fugitive Rage for Neverending, and now today's movie is being saved for thebtskink. There was a point where I was a happy man. I remember those days. Then I saw the movie Winterbeast and now I know nothing but the deepest, darkest despair. But the guys from RiffTrax are here to ease my pain. How successful they are is debatable. And since that movie left a rank smell behind, Bridget and Mary Jo are here with a BONUS SHORT full of sweet scents to cover it up. Together we will learn The Joy of Living With Fragrance! |

Today I take a look at RiffTrax tackling the mighty space hero in their riff of Attack from Space! Taking our gaze from the stars we settle our view on a boy named Tommy and his loose tooth. Our BONUS SHORT today is a look at Tommy's Day! As an aside, RiffTrax posted their full riff to Attack from Space on their YouTube channel on Monday. I was not aware they were doing this, as I wrote this review last week, but this was a fortuitous coincidence! |

My venturing through riffs this year has already provided film club selections for PG Cooper, Neverending, and thebtskink. I'm very tempted to make this one Doomsday's, but I suspect he's already aware of this movie and watches it annually secretly, crying softly to himself at the family dynamic. We are invited to a wedding! We are going to witness the sacred union between Rue McClanahan and Patrick Duffy! But can the pending nuptials survive the horrors of the Children of the Bride? Find out with Bridget and Mary Jo's latest riff! And maybe the bride's children wouldn't be so problematic if they didn't break their pencil and kill their tadpoles when they were young.
